At ARL, we believe education is key to social and economic development. Through our CSR initiatives, we promote equitable access to quality education by enhancing infrastructure, supporting child welfare, providing learning materials and ensuring nutritional support in schools. In collaboration with trusted NGOs and institutions, we aim to create sustainable educational opportunities that empower future generations and contribute to community growth.

Our Initiatives

1. Development and management of boys and girls hostels at Shraman Sanskriti Sansthan, Jaipur

As one of the chief sponsors, ARL funds and manages boys and girls hostels at Shraman Sanskriti Sansthan, Jaipur, providing safe and supportive accommodation for hundreds of students studying in colleges in Jaipur. This initiative ensures a stable environment that promotes education and personal growth.

2. Education sponsorship of orphaned and underprivileged children

ARL has pledged to support the complete education of a number of orphaned and underprivileged children at SOS Children’s Village, Jaipur and Vimukti Sansthan, Jaipur. This reflects ARL’s commitment to empowering underprivileged youth through sustained educational support.

3. Employee Children Scholarship Program

ARL offers merit-based scholarships to children of employees who have completed a minimum of 3 years with the company. This initiative supports academic excellence and rewards long-term commitment within the ARL family. Each year, ARL provides scholarships to more than 175 children of employees, encouraging education and fostering a culture of growth and achievement.

4. Aid to schools

To create a better learning environment for school children, ARL provides funding and essential resources for schools. The location-wise initiatives are as follows.

  • Aid for Girl’s education in Shri Mahaveer Digamber Jain Balika School, Jaipur
  • Funding to Bal Sambal Bal Vikas Evam Anusandhan Sansthan, Sirohi (Jaipur)

5. Support for Mid-day Meal Program

ARL donates to the Akshaya Patra Foundation to support its Mid-Day Meal Program. This partnership helps provide nutritious meals for school children, promoting better health and learning outcomes.
