ARL is deeply committed to improving the health and well-being of communities through focused healthcare initiatives. The company regularly supports programs that provide access to essential medical services, especially in underserved areas. This includes organizing free medical camps, facilitating preventive screenings and distributing medicines. ARL also actively promotes health awareness on issues like hygiene, nutrition and disease prevention. These efforts are aimed at creating a healthier society and reducing the burden on public healthcare systems. Our Initiatives

Blood Donation Camps

ARL organizes annual voluntary blood donation camps at its Bagru factory, encouraging employees to contribute to life-saving efforts. Every year, approximately 60 plus units of blood are donated by ARL employees and the local villagers, which is utilized for treatment of cancer patients.

In collaboration with the State Cancer Institute, Jaipur, ARL organizes voluntary blood donation camps in Jaipur to support cancer patients.

Set up of Blood Bank at State Cancer Institute, Jaipur

As chief sponsor, ARL in collaboration with Rotary Club Jaipur Citizen, set up a Blood Bank in State Cancer Institute, Jaipur and dedicated this in service of cancer patients on 14.02.2023. The State Cancer Institute is a 500-bed hospital and thousands of patients are benefiting from this blood bank. This is one of the major CSR initiatives undertaken by ARL.

Free Annual Community Health Camps

Every year, ARL organizes free medical camps in its factory locations where villagers from nearby villages, namely Dahami Kalan, Chirota and others come for free medical treatment and diagnosis.

In March 2023, ARL organized free health check-up camps in collaboration with International Medical Relief, USA at ARL’s factory in Bagru. About 500 people walked in from nearby villages and they were provided free consultation, medicines and reading glasses. Apart from this, villagers underwent diagnostic tests viz. Sugar, BP, ECG, Dental profiling, Vision test etc.

Donation of Ambulance in SMS Hospital

On April 16, 2025, ARL, in collaboration with Rotary Club Jaipur Citizen, donated a Maruti van to support the transportation of deceased bodies for medical education purposes. This initiative will help the families of deceased who are willing to donate their kin’s body for medical education and research purposes.
