ARL GRP Pipes : Fittings & Accessories

"ARL" GRP pipe fittings and accessories can be manufactured / fabricated in a wide range of sizes and specifications. These Ends of fittings can be bell and spigot type provided with sealing gaskets or other fittings. The normal production for "ARL" fittings include :

Standard degree bends
Equal tees or reduced tees that are specially required for air valves in piping system
Concentric and eccentric reducers
Fixed flanges and stub end
blind flanges

Typically, the fabrication of miter bends is by use of the mother piping and butt-wrap jointing. The number of laminated layers of butt wrap joints and the resin system are selected to ensure that the joint can withstand double the factory test pressure of the mother piping.

Moreover, other special pipes such as manholes, flanged pipes, equal and reduced tees etc. can be manufactured based on requirement.

"ARL" GRP Pipes : Connection with existing Pipes

"ARL" GRP pipes can be interconnected easily and efficiently with pipes of other MOC's e.g. steel/DI etc by use of GRP flanges. This considerably saves the project cost as the existing pipes that have been already installed do not have to be replaced. Similarly, they can also be directly connected with butterfly and sluice valves etc. in various applications required.

The pipes can also be connected to RCC and metal tanks / reservoirs without difficulty and can negotiate rocky and undulating terrain. They can be laid below and above ground on pipe supports at appropriate spacing or on pipe bridges.
